Just search or a compontent e.g. IRFU410

Open the ECA data sheet by clicking on the type number.

Add the type number of the comparsion type in the direct comparsion field

Click on the check box to select the types

Click on the scale and you can see the difference of all selected types.

Improved marking code – smd code table

News at the ECA smd/marking code table.

The ECA Semiconductor database include the technical data of more than 1.Million different components like transistors, diodes, FETs, IGBTs, thyristors and ICs.
All components are separated in different databases and allow to search and query for technical values, package forms, type designations and general functions.

Additional you can find a Marking code or SMD code database on the ECA Server to make it easy to identify the smd package form marking.

Than you can find a Semiconductor manufacturer overview and special manufacturer marking sign page.

The various semiconductor package forms are also searchable stored in a database.

Each registered user of a ECA DVD has access to the respective database for 1 year.

Beyond you can order a pure Online account, available from 20 Euro per year on. Also you can order a special VRT-DVD online for 40 Euro per year, equal to 3,33 Euro per month or 0,10 Euro per day.

The ECA semiconductor database contains the technical data of over 1.Million different components such as transistors, diodes, MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors and ICs.
All components are divided into different databases and allow the search and selection of technical values, housing forms, type, and function.

In addition, see an SMD code on the ECA Server database, so that you can resolve the SMD markings.

There is also a semiconductor manufacturers which includes also the manufacturer logos.

We have can search stored where you also also the various semiconductor housing forms in tables.

Each user of an ECA DVD has access to the respective online databases for 1 year.

In addition, you have the opportunity to purchase a pure online access, which is available from 20 euros in the year. There also a VRT-DVD online 40 euro in the year costs, there are 3.33 euros a month or €0.10 on the day.

IC logo collection

We had recently improved the ECA manufacturers database and added a collection of known semiconductor manufacturer IC logos. I should help to identify unkown SMD/markings codes on semicondcutors.

In addition, you can compare the technical data of various types with each other, you can set maximal and minimal limits for each technical parameter (+10%, ±10%, +20%, ..) in this new edition 2012.
