1. Entrega
1.1 La entrega de todas las mercancías estará en su coste. El riesgo en las mercancías le pasará que primero deja inmediatamente nuestras premisas. Sacaremos una póliza de seguro para los artículos enviados a usted.
1.2 A menos que expreso estén indicadas de otra manera todas las indicaciones de los plazos de expedición sean estimaciones solamente. El ECA no será obligado para ninguna pérdida o daño de la clase sufrida por el cliente como resultado de la última entrega de ninguna mercancías.
1.3 Entregamos con nuestro " del agente de transporte; Deutsche Post AG o DPD Germany".

• Delivery of all goods shall be at your cost. The risk in the goods shall pass to you immediately it first leaves our premises. We will take out an insurance policy for items sent to you.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise all indications of delivery times are estimates only. ECA shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind suffered by the Customer as a result of the late delivery of any goods.
• Oversea shipping by German Post lasted as regular package about 30 workings days as airmail package about 10 working days
• The German Post offers tracking system on their web site at www.dhl.DE, Please contact us and we will send you the parcel number.
• All prices include VAT within the EU (19% for CD/DVD 7% for books). Companies can enter their VAT ID number and we will charge no VAT. Please note that we need to check each VAT ID number and only accept valid.

    What are BEN, SHA, OUR payment instructions?
    When you make an international bank (wire) transfer you can choose who pays the transfer charges. BEN, SHA, OUR are codes in a SWIFT instruction, at field 71A "Details of Charges".
    The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges. We receive all your payment.
    SHA (shared) means you only pay your bank's outgoing transfer charge. We receive your payment minus the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges.
    BEN (beneficiary) means you do not pay any charge. We receive your payment minus all transfer charges.
    We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction. Please follow the Payment Options on your Order.
